Breakfast
When the sun rises over Monte Leon, star chef and host of the Finca, Christian Heumader selects only the ripest and juiciest mangos, grapefruits, oranges and other fruit from our garden for breakfast. Traditional Spanish cured ham and homemade cheeses are served together with bread fresh from the Finca’s wood oven. Tasty preserves, pastries and freshly brewed coffee on the terrace create a delightful start to the day.
Lunch
Lunch at Casa de los Musicos is prepared individually on request with ingredients grown on the estate. Enjoy fresh salads, pasta or a variety of delicious cuisine. Sample the traditional Gran Canaria sauce “Mojo” made with olive oil, garlic, paprika and cumin.
Dinner
Dinner at Casa de los Musicos is served family style around a communal table. Christian Heumader serves outstanding cuisine prepared using home-grown vegetables and herbs. Your meal will be perfectly accompanied by our spring water and the Finca’s world-class wines.
