Helmut Schmidt is a German Social Democratic politician serving as Chancellor of West Germany from 1974 to 1982. He also served his country as Minister of Defense and Minister of Finance. Schmidt is author of numerous books on politics. Schmidt is also a talented pianist, and has recorded piano concertos of both Mozart and Bach.

Steffi Graf is a former German World No. 1 tennis player known as the "greatest women's tennis player of all time". Graf has won 22 Grand Slam singles titles and is the only player to have won all four Grand Slam singles tournaments at least four times each. She is an Olympic gold medal winner in singles. She is married to the former World No. 1 Andre Agassi.

Leonard Bernstein was an American conductor, composer, author, music lecturer, educator and pianist. He won multiple Emmy awards and an Academy Award nomination. His Young People's Concerts series are renowned the world over. His compositions include West Side Story, Candide, and On the Town.

One of the greatest musical conductors used the inspiring atmosphere of the finca several times to restore his health and creativity.

One of the first guests of the finca was the famous baritone and singer Hermann Prey, who said that the favorable cliamte of Gran Canaria would turn his voice into Gold

Together with Christoph Eschenbach the finca was constructed as space and residence for artists, musicians, writers and painters. That’s why the friendship between Frantz and Eschenbach created a true meeting place for artists, intellectuals and politicians from all over the world.
