On the Finca the yearly Finca Festival takes place where artists like Juri Baschmet, Martin Stadtfeldt, Kolja Tokarev, Viktor Tretjakow, Christopher Taintn, Martin Panteleev, Joszef Lendvai and the singer Nikoley Borchev perform. Since a few weeks you can find the only ginseng garden on the islands of Gran Canaria on the finca.
